Recently, following the opening of pre-orders for Apple's iPhone 18 Pro series, a large-scale credit card fraud incident occurred in Hong Kong, with hundreds of citizens reporting unauthorized charges on their credit cards. According to media reports, since the evening of September 12, numerous Hong Kong citizens have reported receiving bank messages indicating that their credit cards were used for 'card-not-present payments' on Apple's official website, despite not placing any orders for the new device. The fraudulent transactions were all used to purchase iPhone 18 Pro models.
