Transsion Holdings recently announced that it has received the 'Notice on Filing for Overseas Issuance and Listing' from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, obtaining the 'passport' for its Hong Kong listing. According to the filing notice, the company plans to issue no more than 132 million ordinary shares for overseas listing and to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with the filing valid for 12 months. Transsion Holdings stated that the listing still requires approval from relevant regulatory bodies such as the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the matter remains uncertain. Previously, the company submitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in June this year, with CITIC Securities as the sole sponsor.
