The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 series Super graphics card project, which was previously rumored to be 'on hold,' has reportedly gotten back on track recently. According to the source, the lineup will include an RTX 5060 graphics card equipped with 12GB of VRAM, with the specific naming yet to be determined, possibly released as 'RTX 5060 Super.' It is reported that the specifications of the RTX 5070 Super and RTX 5080 Super remain consistent with previously leaked information, featuring a significant increase in VRAM capacity. This is primarily due to the adoption of 3GB GDDR7 VRAM modules, replacing the 2GB modules commonly used in current models. Among them, the RTX 5080 Super is equipped with 24GB of GDDR7 VRAM, the RTX 5070 Ti Super also has 24GB, and the RTX 5070 Super has 18GB. The newly added RTX 5060 12GB graphics card is expected to feature a 128-bit bus width, paired with four 3GB GDDR7 modules to achieve a 12GB capacity without the need to reduce the bus width. The source stated that although the issue of tight VRAM supply has not been completely resolved, it will not hinder NVIDIA's plans, and AIC partners will receive bundled delivery solutions for GPUs and VRAM from NVIDIA. Currently, NVIDIA has not officially confirmed the existence of any RTX 50 Super graphics cards, nor has it announced a specific release timeframe. However, the source believes that these graphics cards are still planned to be launched within 2026.
