On the morning of May 30 (local time), Munich Airport in Germany temporarily closed two of its runways and suspended all flight takeoffs and landings as a precautionary measure, following reports of suspected drone activity in the vicinity. The shutdown was initially anticipated to persist for a minimum of 30 minutes. However, after thorough verification, no suspicious objects were detected, and the airport was able to resume its regular operations approximately one hour later. The German Federal Police clarified that the incident did not pose any genuine safety risk.
