Reports indicate that these price adjustments are a direct consequence of the global scarcity of DRAM and NAND flash memory, compounded by escalating supply chain expenses. As per Valve's official website, the price of the Steam Deck OLED 512GB variant has jumped from $549 to $789, marking a $240 uptick; meanwhile, the 1TB model has seen its price soar from $649 to $949, translating to a hefty $300 increase per unit.
