On May 26, Lu Weibing, President of Xiaomi Group, stated during the earnings call that despite industry-wide pressures this quarter, Xiaomi's key smartphone indicators remained strong: its global market share ranked among the top three for 23 consecutive quarters, with both domestic and overseas average smartphone prices reaching new highs, and gross profit margin exceeding expectations. In response to rising memory costs, Lu Weibing said Xiaomi will not simply pass on the increased memory costs to consumers. Instead, it will achieve a balance between scale and profit through product matrix upgrades and software optimization. He also revealed that Xiaomi will release a new generation OS in July or August, offering a brand-new interactive experience.
