On May 18, Lens Technology reviewed and approved a proposal to conditionally acquire approximately 27.81% of the issued shares of Ju Teng International at a price of HK$2.20 per share, with a total consideration of HK$734 million, and intends to obtain a controlling stake through a general offer.
