He outlined plans to ramp up research and development efforts for innovative aircraft types, including large-payload fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles and long-endurance vertical take-off and landing aircraft. These initiatives aim to establish a robust low-altitude key equipment system, stimulate the growth of upstream and downstream supporting industries, and foster comprehensive cluster development hubs that are customized to local conditions and needs.
