Recently, news surfaced indicating that the patent dispute case between Arashi Vision (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. (commonly known as Insta360) and SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd. was set to be heard at the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court on April 3. However, upon verification, it has been clarified that April 3 was initially earmarked for a procedural hearing involving the concerned parties, and the media reports suggesting a full court session were somewhat misleading. At present, owing to the submission of new procedural matters by the parties involved, the hearing has been duly postponed.
