However, the option was swiftly removed, and the functionality was revoked for users who had already accessed it. Apple clarified that due to a software glitch, iPhone and iPad users in China were temporarily able to download and activate Apple Intelligence features designed for other regions—a situation that was promptly addressed. Regarding the timeline for Apple Intelligence’s official launch in China, Apple emphasized that progress depends on obtaining regulatory approval and that the company is actively working to bring these features to the Chinese market.
