realme Mall has officially declared that, as part of strategic business planning, it will terminate its core services—including online shopping, product browsing, and user feedback functionalities—on April 25, 2026. Post this date, users will only have access to historical order inquiries.
For those seeking to review their past realme purchases, the OPPO Mall will serve as the designated platform, ensuring continuity in order tracking. Additionally, realme’s existing membership perks and benefits will seamlessly transition and remain applicable within the OPPO ecosystem.
In parallel developments, the realme Community portal will cease operations on April 1, with all its content being systematically migrated to the OPPO Mall community section. This move aims to consolidate user engagement and support within a unified platform.
Furthermore, the realme Services Mini Program is scheduled to go offline on April 20, followed by the complete removal of the Mall Mini Program on April 25.
From April 1 onwards, realme’s after-sales services across mainland China will be fully integrated into OPPO’s service network, marking a significant step towards a more streamlined and cohesive customer support experience.
