Recently, three consumers have come forward, reporting persistent "green screen flickering" problems on their iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 displays. Despite these complaints, Apple has declined to offer complimentary screen replacement services, attributing the issue to low-temperature conditions. Based on consumer-generated data, "iPhone green screen flickering rights protection groups" have emerged on popular platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin, amassing over 1,400 members. The bulk of these individuals, whose devices are beyond the one-year warranty period, have been informed that they must shoulder a screen replacement cost of roughly 2,000 yuan. This has led to a flurry of complaints being lodged with regulatory bodies. On March 9, the Beijing Dongcheng District Market Supervision Bureau issued a "Notification of Filing a Complaint" and formally announced the commencement of an investigation into entities associated with Apple.
