Specifically, the Studio Display is now outfitted with an A19 chip and 8GB of RAM, whereas the Studio Display XDR boasts an A19 Pro chip paired with 12GB of RAM. However, it's important to note that this expanded 128GB storage is dedicated exclusively to supporting the operating system's functions, facilitating the download and installation of firmware updates, and conducting system hardware diagnostics. Users won't be able to leverage this space as external storage for their personal files or applications. Media analysts speculate that this storage enhancement may not stem from a direct need to meet higher system requirements.
