This groundbreaking innovation is built upon a five-layer organic light-emitting diode (OLED) structure, meticulously engineered to significantly elevate the luminous efficiency, durability, and overall brightness of QD-OLED panels. Since the previous year, Samsung has strategically augmented the number of blue light-emitting layers from four to five, coupled with the incorporation of the latest organic materials. This strategic move has resulted in a remarkable 1.3-fold increase in luminous efficiency and a doubling of the panel's lifespan.

Under optimal conditions, specifically at a 3% pixel activation rate, the peak brightness can soar to an impressive 4500 nits for televisions and 1300 nits for monitors.
