Today, Autoflight Aviation Technology proudly unveiled the world's inaugural 5-ton eVTOL, dubbed the V5000 Sky Dragon, and successfully executed its transition flight at the Bailian Lake Low-Altitude Base. This aircraft, in its all-electric iteration, boasts a maximum range of 250 kilometers, whereas the hybrid variant can soar up to 1,500 kilometers. The passenger-carrying version is designed to accommodate 10 individuals, while the cargo-focused version is capable of transporting loads at the ton level, heralding a significant leap forward in the commercialization of large-scale eVTOLs.
