Today, our reporters have learned that the State Administration for Market Regulation, working in tandem with ten key departments—among them the Central Air Traffic Management Bureau and the National Development and Reform Commission—has officially unveiled the "Guidelines for Developing a Standardized Framework for the Low-Altitude Economy (2025 Version)." These guidelines zero in on five pivotal sectors: low-altitude aircraft, infrastructure development, air traffic control, safety oversight, and practical application scenarios. Their overarching goal is to create a "four-pronged integrated" system for standard provision. This system emphasizes the seamless merging of technical benchmarks with administrative guidelines, domestic standards with global norms, obligatory regulations with voluntary best practices, and fundamental standards with those tailored to specific use cases.
