On January 28, 2026, Sebastiaan de With, the co-founder of the renowned professional camera app Halide, revealed that he would be returning to Apple to become a part of the Human Interface Design team. Following his initial tenure at Apple, De With teamed up with his partner to establish Lux Optics.
