By 2026, AI glasses are anticipated to be included in the range of products eligible for national subsidies, a move that is likely to further fuel consumer demand.

Currently, AI glasses grapple with the 'impossible trinity' conundrum, where achieving a balance among cost, weight, performance, and battery life proves to be a challenging task, necessitating compromises across multiple dimensions. At present, the technologies underpinning AI audio glasses and AI photography glasses have reached a relatively mature stage. In contrast, AI+AR glasses equipped with displays are still in the developmental phase, with the optical display system emerging as a pivotal technological link. It is widely expected that the photonic waveguide solution will emerge as the mainstream technology in the future.
