Wang Xin, Deputy Director of the Industrial Statistics Department at the National Bureau of Statistics, highlighted in an article that in 2025, the value-added of the digital product manufacturing sector (above a designated scale) experienced a 9.3% year-on-year increase. This growth rate accelerated by 0.3 percentage points compared to the previous year, with its contribution rate to the growth rate of all industries (above a designated scale) reaching 20.3%, marking a 1.0 percentage point rise. In terms of industry-specific performance, the value-added of sectors such as electronic components and equipment manufacturing, as well as intelligent equipment manufacturing, surged by 12.6% and 11.2%, respectively. Regarding product output, communication products like mobile communication base station equipment, along with intelligent production equipment such as industrial control computers and systems, all witnessed varying degrees of growth.
