Recently, a scam involving the RTX 5090 graphics card has caught the eye of the gaming community. On Amazon, a third-party seller posted the graphics card for sale at the remarkably low price of $999 (around 6,969.9 yuan), which is merely half of its original launch price of $1,999. This enticing deal attracted a flurry of eager buyers. Nevertheless, numerous purchasers ended up receiving regular fanny packs instead of the coveted graphics card, becoming victims of a classic "bait-and-switch" scam. To date, 42 consumers have fallen prey to this deceptive scheme.
