As per a report from research firm Omdia, the global PC market is set to witness a significant upswing, with shipments projected to soar to approximately 280 million units by 2025. This figure represents a robust 9.2% increase compared to the previous year. Delving deeper into the data, mobile PC shipments are anticipated to reach around 220 million units, experiencing an 8% growth and constituting 78.87% of the total shipment volume. Meanwhile, desktop PC shipments are estimated to climb to roughly 59 million units, showcasing a notable 14.4% year-on-year rise and accounting for 21.11% of the overall market.
