Robam Appliances recently issued a notice revealing that it has inked an 'Investment Cooperation Letter of Intent' with UTE Smart Kitchen International Holdings Limited (hereafter referred to as 'UTE Smart Kitchen'), its de facto controller JIN XIAO, and its domestic operational entity, Zhuhai UTE Smart Kitchen Technology Co., Ltd. As per the terms of the agreement, Robam Appliances is set to augment its capital investment in UTE Smart Kitchen by a substantial 100 million yuan.
