Recently, the digital blogger 'RD Observation' released the sales data for Apple's iPhone 17 series as of the 52nd week of 2025, revealing a cumulative sales volume of 15.5727 million units, with the standard version models emerging as the main driver of sales growth. According to a report by research firm Counterpoint, sales of the iPhone 17 standard version in the Chinese market nearly doubled compared to the same period for the iPhone 16. This growth is primarily attributed to Apple's strategy of 'offering more without raising prices.' While maintaining the original price, the standard version models have upgraded the entry-level storage capacity from 128GB to 256GB and, for the first time, are equipped with a 120Hz ProMotion refresh rate display. Additionally, to celebrate the Year of the Horse in the lunar calendar, Apple has also introduced a special Year of the Horse phone case, priced at 449 yuan.
