The esteemed analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has revealed that the development of the much-awaited foldable iPhone is lagging about 9 months behind its initial timeline. Nevertheless, the device is still projected to hit the market in the latter half of 2026. Given the limitations posed by the initial phase of mass production, where supply will be restricted while demand is expected to soar, this particular iPhone model is likely to encounter shortages at least until the close of 2026. It may not be until 2027 that the supply chain can achieve a seamless flow of shipments.
