On December 15, 2025, vivo officially rolled out its latest S50 series, comprising two distinct models: the vivo S50 and the S50 Pro mini. This new series showcases significant enhancements across the board, encompassing design, imaging capabilities, performance, and more, with prices starting at just 2,999 yuan. Pre-sales for these devices have already commenced, with the official launch date set for December 19.

The vivo S50 sports a spacious 6.59-inch display, offering an immersive viewing experience. In contrast, the S50 Pro mini features a more compact 6.31-inch screen, catering to users who prefer one-handed operation and greater portability. Both models boast the Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens, enabling 10x zoom capabilities, and are powered by Qualcomm's flagship Snapdragon 8 series chipset. Notably, the S50 Pro mini is one of the first devices to incorporate the fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 processor.

In terms of battery life, both models are equipped with a robust 6,500mAh battery. Additionally, the S50 Pro mini supports 40W wireless flash charging, ensuring quick and convenient power top-ups.
