Today, the 11th Academy of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation announced that the Rainbow-7, a high-altitude, high-speed stealth UAV developed by the academy, has recently completed its maiden flight at an airport located in northwestern China. This UAV is designed with an aerodynamic configuration that incorporates a large-aspect-ratio flying wing, and it is coated with stealth materials, enabling it to achieve exceptional stealth capabilities. It is capable of carrying a diverse range of high-performance mission payloads, thereby fulfilling the demands for ground observation and data support under intricate and challenging conditions.
