As reported by IBTimes, London-based tech firm Nothing is poised to launch a new $5 million community investment campaign on December 10th. This will be facilitated through Wefunder for investors in the U.S. and Crowdcube for those in other regions. The company will maintain its valuation at $1.3 billion, a figure consistent with the valuation from its $200 million Series C funding round, which was successfully completed in September of this year. The primary objective of this funding campaign is to enable ordinary investors to participate in the company's growth trajectory at the same valuation as institutional investors. To date, Nothing has secured a cumulative total of over $450 million in funding. By 2025, the company projects its revenue to surpass $1 billion, accompanied by a 150% year-on-year increase in global device shipments. Currently, the company is making significant strides in the development of an AI-native operating system. It anticipates launching its first AI device in 2026 and has set a goal to achieve an initial public offering (IPO) within the next three years.
