With the rollout of the iOS 26.2 Beta 1 update, Apple has incorporated a native table functionality into its 'Freeform' app. Prior to this update, although the 'Freeform' app allowed users to add various elements like sticky notes and text, it fell short in providing table - making capabilities.
In the most recent iOS 26.2 and iPadOS 26.2 beta releases, users now have the ability to create tables directly from the attachment menu. These tables come in a variety of sizes to suit different needs. Once a table is created, users can effortlessly input content into individual cells. Adjusting the table size is a breeze; simply drag the corner indicators to resize it as desired. Moreover, adding rows or columns is as easy as clicking the '+' button located on the edge of the table. This intuitive and efficient interaction design significantly elevates the app's capabilities in organizing and presenting information.
