During the third quarter of 2025, the global PC market exhibited signs of a rebound. Based on preliminary data from Counterpoint Research, shipment volumes rose by 8.1% year-on-year. The surge in replacements, spurred by the end of Windows 10 service support, combined with inventory adjustments prompted by shifts in U.S. import tariff policies, emerged as the main catalysts for market expansion. Lenovo witnessed a 17.4% year-on-year increase in its shipments, Apple saw a 14.9% rise, ASUS experienced a 14.1% uptick, and HP registered a 10.3% growth. In contrast, Dell's shipments dropped by 0.9% year-on-year.
