On October 14, DJI submitted an appeal to the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals, contesting the verdict rendered in its lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Defense. Earlier, on October 18, 2024, DJI initiated legal action against the U.S. Department of Defense after finding itself listed as a "Chinese Military Company." Although the court dismissed the key false accusations leveled by the Department of Defense, it still maintained the decision to keep DJI on the list. DJI firmly opposes this ruling and is taking resolute action to safeguard its reputation and interests. Additionally, DJI has always been against the utilization of its products and technologies for military or wartime operations and has implemented measures to avert any misuse.
