Real-world Test of USB-C Charging Speed for iPhone 17 Standard Edition: Multiple Official Chargers Enable Fast Charging

On September 26, 2025, ChargerLAB conducted tests on the USB-C charging speed of the standard iPhone 17 using multiple Apple chargers (ranging from 18W to 140W in power). The test results revealed that when paired with a 40W Dynamic Power Adapter (maximum output 60W), as well as 61W, 67W, 70W, 96W, and 140W USB-C power adapters, the device achieved peak charging speeds of approximately 27W to 28W. Apple officially stated that the iPhone 17 series, when paired with compatible chargers (including the 40W Dynamic Power Adapter), can charge up to 50% in 20 minutes.
