Market insights reveal that consumer enthusiasm for the standard version of the iPhone 17 has far outstripped Apple's initial projections. In response, Apple has directed two of its key suppliers to ramp up daily production of this model by a minimum of 30%. Within the newly unveiled iPhone 17 lineup, which includes the iPhone Air, production is strategically allocated as follows: 25% is earmarked for the standard iPhone 17, 10% for the iPhone Air, and the remaining 65% is dedicated to the high-end iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max models. The standard iPhone 17 has garnered attention for its exceptional value proposition, boasting a generous starting storage capacity of 256GB, an upgraded chipset, all while maintaining its original price point. In the United States, it carries a starting price of $799, whereas in China, the introductory price is set at 5,999 yuan.
