Employing tactics such as defaming product quality, sullying the company's reputation, and maliciously downplaying its development prospects, these entities have engaged in a series of infringing and unlawful activities. Such actions are in flagrant breach of national laws and regulations, amounting not only to civil infringement and unfair competition but also raising suspicions of criminal law violations, potentially constituting offenses like damaging commercial and product reputation or engaging in illegal business operations.

OPPO maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward such unlawful activities and is committed to holding the relevant infringing entities and directly responsible individuals accountable through legal channels. This will include pursuing civil claims, administrative complaints, and criminal charges to protect the company's legitimate rights and interests as well as its corporate reputation.
