In an exclusive report for Jiemian News, Honor has announced the initiation of a pilot reform program for its offline retail channels across ten provinces (including certain municipalities directly under the central government's jurisdiction and autonomous regions) in the Chinese market. This move involves the elimination of 'national distributors' at the primary agent tier. Specifically, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Yunnan, Guizhou, and Xinjiang will transition to a direct-from-manufacturer supply model. Meanwhile, Zhejiang, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, and Shenzhen will come under the purview of Shenzhen Aisidi Co., Ltd., which will serve as the 'provincial distributors' at the secondary agent level. Regarding the manufacturer's organizational restructuring, certain employee affiliations will be shifted to the 'new provincial distributors.' Key positions will be preserved within the manufacturer, while non-essential roles will be transferred to the 'new provincial distributors,' with appropriate compensation arrangements made. At present, this reform plan has already been executed in Xinjiang, and it is anticipated that adjustments in the remaining pilot provinces will be finalized by the year's end.
