Just a month after its release, Samsung's latest folding smartphone, the Galaxy Z Fold7, has been mired in a controversy regarding the inexplicable peeling of its body paint. This issue is reminiscent of similar quality control disputes surrounding its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Fold6. According to user feedback, the paint peeling is not confined to specific color variants and occurs without any prior drops or physical damage to the devices. While some hypothesize that third-party chargers might be a factor, users employing official chargers are equally affected, thereby directing suspicion towards Samsung's painting process or the standards of its official accessories. As of now, Samsung has yet to issue an official response to this matter.
