If you need a voice assistant for your home, Amazon's Alexa is a solid choice. It responds quickly to its wake word and can do just about anything, from being the hub to control all of your smart home devices or turn on the TV and play music. The smart assistant can do even more when it's accessed from your Echo smart speaker.

Now, you may be aware of the usual voice commands, like "Alexa play music" and "Alexa set a repeating alarm."
