While central state-owned enterprises and large institutions continue to dominate as the primary issuers, there is a noticeable uptick in the involvement of small and medium-sized institutions (SMEs) and private enterprises. The average coupon rate for newly issued science and technology innovation bonds stands at 1.9282%, with the lowest rate recorded at an astonishing 0.01%. Market analysts predict that the supply of these bonds will further escalate in the second half of the year, and anticipate that some private enterprises may re-enter the market through the "technology board" channel.
