The UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has recently given the green light to Boeing's acquisition plan for Spirit AeroSystems. In July 2024, Boeing reached an agreement to acquire its supplier, Spirit AeroSystems, in an all-stock deal worth $4.7 billion, translating to $37.25 per share.
