This innovative retail space mirrors the functionality of an automotive 4S dealership, encompassing robot sales, spare parts provisioning, after-sales services, and customer feedback mechanisms. However, unlike its automotive counterpart, Robot Mall is situated within the Beijing Robotics Industrial Park (Yizhuang), where it specializes in delivering comprehensive lifecycle services for robot products, spanning from R&D testing to market deployment. The store's ambition is to present a 'Beijing Solution' that contributes to the development of a robust global robotics industry ecosystem.
