The Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, in conjunction with the Shandong Regulatory Office of the National Energy Administration and the Shandong Provincial Energy Administration, has jointly announced the "Implementation Plan for Market-Oriented Reform of Shandong's New Energy Grid Electricity Prices". This plan stipulates that, in principle, all electricity generated from new energy projects, including wind and solar power across the province, will enter the electricity market, with grid prices determined through market-based transactions. Moving forward, other forms of new energy, such as biomass power generation, will also be promptly integrated into market transactions. For new energy power generation engaged in inter-provincial and cross-regional transactions, it will adhere to relevant national policies. Furthermore, for projects receiving financial subsidies, within the reasonable utilization hours of their full operational lifecycle, subsidy standards will continue to be enforced in accordance with original regulations.
