Since 2015, China's industrial robot sales have continually surged, rising from 70,000 units to 302,000 units by 2024, solidifying its position as the world's leading market for twelve straight years. Additionally, China has ascended to become the largest producer of industrial robots globally, with a production volume of 556,000 units in 2023. The service robot sector has also demonstrated remarkable growth, with production increasing by 34.3% year-on-year to reach 10.519 million units. Beijing and Shanghai have collaboratively established an Embodied Intelligent Robot Innovation Center, further enhancing the country's technological prowess in this field. Notably, in 2024, Chinese manufacturers accounted for 84.7% of global shipments in the commercial service robot market, underscoring China's substantial scale advantage within the robotics industry.
