According to recent reports, Tesla's outstanding invoices have contributed to the collapse of at least two of its small supplier companies. One of these companies, Full Circle, while eventually resolving its dispute with Tesla, did so without Tesla making any payment towards clearing the debt, as disclosed by Full Circle's CEO. In response, Tesla has filed a countersuit, alleging that Full Circle breached their contract and is in fact owed money by the supplier.
