On July 31, local time, U.S. President Trump signed an executive order, clearly outlining the "reciprocal tariffs" for various countries, with rates spanning from 10% to 41%. This marks a differentiated tariff policy towards global trading partners. Notably, Syria faces the highest tariff rate of 41%, whereas Brazil and the UK have the lowest at 10%. Most countries and regions are subject to a 15% rate. Furthermore, tariffs on Canada have been escalated from 25% to 35%, effective as of August 1. Should any country or region attempt to circumvent tariffs by rerouting shipments through a third location, a 40% transshipment tax will be imposed on their goods.
