On July 21st, the China National Space Administration (CNSA) unveiled new regulations aimed at enhancing the quality of commercial aerospace throughout its lifecycle. These regulations introduce a 'lifelong accountability system' and mandate independent assessments for high-risk projects, encouraging enterprises to upgrade both technologically and managerially, thereby accelerating industry restructuring. Furthermore, Huanxin Satellite's 1.336 billion yuan launch service tender signifies a significant step towards expedited network formation. On July 22nd, the CNSA-led Commercial Aerospace Innovation Consortium welcomed 50 new members, addressing industry chain deficiencies through collaborative mechanisms of joint technology research, data sharing, and risk sharing. By July, Qianfan Constellation had successfully launched and networked 90 satellites. These concerted efforts are propelling the rapid advancement of China's commercial aerospace technology and fostering an expanded ecosystem of collaborative opportunities.
