However, in April 2025, as a result of policy adjustments by the operator, Ali Xiaohao ceased operations and all associated numbers were reclaimed. User account balances were promptly refunded via the original payment methods. This development has sparked widespread concern among users regarding the management of their accounts and the rationale behind the service termination.
