In the morning session, the majority of domestic commodity futures witnessed an uptick, with coking coal leading the pack with a surge of over 6%. Alumina and soda ash also recorded notable gains, exceeding 3% each. Shanghai nickel and caustic soda climbed more than 1%, while iron ore and ethylene glycol registered modest increases. Conversely, container shipping rates to Europe slipped over 2%. Asphalt and crude oil prices declined by more than 1%, and rapeseed oil and palm oil experienced slight declines.
