On July 16, Zangge Potash Fertilizer, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zangge Mining, was issued a directive by the Haixi Prefecture Natural Resources Bureau and the Salt Lake Administration Bureau. The directive mandated an immediate cessation of mining activities and rectification measures due to the illegal extraction of lithium resources. The company is required to adhere to legal and compliant procedures before it can apply for the resumption of production. In compliance with the directive, Zangge Lithium, another subsidiary of Zangge Mining, has halted production and is actively working towards the completion of the necessary procedures. Notably, this action has not impacted the company's other operational businesses.
