Cloudflare has emerged as the first internet intermediary in the UK, apart from local residential ISPs, to implement a block on piracy websites. When users attempt to access these illegal sites, they will encounter an "Error 451 - Unavailable For Legal Reasons" message. While theoretically, ISP blocking measures should preclude UK users from seeing this notice, Cloudflare's blocking mechanism, combined with the decisions of some VPN users, has effectively rendered these piracy websites inaccessible.
