The National Computer Virus Emergency Response Center has recently flagged 68 mobile applications for illegally collecting and utilizing personal information, among them being Yintai Securities' "Yintai Zhangyibao" APP and Caida Securities' "Caida Cairisheng" APP. The primary offenses noted are the failure to transparently outline information collection and usage specifics in their privacy policies, the absence of a mechanism for users to withdraw their consent, and the neglect of implementing necessary security measures. Specifically, Yintai Securities' APP is cited for two violations, while Caida Securities' APP is cited for one. Since 2025, the National Network Security Reporting Center has repeatedly issued lists of mobile applications found to be in violation, with numerous securities trading apps being highlighted.
