ByteDance's MobTon Technology has successfully acquired Hangzhou Xin Guang Liu Mei Network Technology Co., Ltd. This transaction was finalized at the conclusion of June this year, although the exact amount of the acquisition remains undisclosed. Founded in 2016, Xin Guang Liu Mei specializes in the independent research, development, and publishing of games. Notable titles from their portfolio include "High-skilled Garage Kits" and "Radiant Strike." Prior to this acquisition, Xin Guang Liu Mei had collaborated with ByteDance's Nuverse on several occasions, with Nuverse distributing several of their games. Furthermore, it is reported that ByteDance is currently in negotiations to acquire another SLG game team.
